Who it's for

Who BorgAI is for

Construction businesses with their own crew of 1 to 12 in the Netherlands and Flanders: 25 trades, from painter to installer.

One owner who does everything alone, or a team of twelve with someone in the office: the same app, the same agent.

Your company

Who works in your company

Each role gets what it needs, and nothing more.

  • The owner

Takes the order, prices the quote, gets it signed and sends the invoice. Talks to the agent or opens the tool directly.

  • The office

Planning, invoices, reminders, the log and the export for the accountant. Sees what the crew enters as soon as it comes in.

  • The shop floor

Clocks in, logs hours, makes the work order and the photos. A crew seat without the agent and without prices.

Why it works

Why it works for your company

No form asking what you already know. The app calculates the way you do.

  • You charge per m², per linear m, per piece or per hour

Each task has the unit you sell it in. 887 tasks have a list price and a standard time; you adjust those once to your own rates.

  • Material you supply is listed separately

Consumption is in the list price, supply comes as a separate line on the quote (283 supply materials). That way your client sees what a kitchen, a frame or a pump costs in the total.

  • The agent knows your trade language

Each task has synonyms, so painting a wall and skimming a wall are the same line. What you say lands on the right task, even with a measurement or a code in it.

  • Your client signs on the spot

The client signs the quote, the contract and extra work on your phone, and the invoice comes from what was signed. Nothing has to be retyped in the evening.

Netherlands and Flanders

The rules of your country are built in

You choose your country when you sign up. Both blocks always appear here, so you can see what applies to you.

Netherlands

  • Build year from the BAG register, and with it 9% or 21% where the rate depends on the build year
  • Wkb handover file from your project photos and receipts
  • KVK check of the client and subcontractor
  • Payment link via your own bunq account

Flanders

  • KBO check of the client and subcontractor
  • 6% per line for renovation of a home older than ten years, 21% where that does not apply
  • Worksite and building owner in your documents, in Flemish
  • Payment link via your own bunq account

Alone or with others

Sole trader, crew or chain of subcontractors

  • Alone

Free or Solo: one seat, all tools, the agent. You don't need anyone to keep it up to date.

  • With a crew

Team or Company: admin seats for whoever does quotes and invoices, crew seats for whoever enters hours and work orders.

  • With subcontractors

An address book per job with a check on VAT and KVK number, and a chain file (extract, G-account, payment behaviour statement, VCA) that warns you before anything expires.
