Yes. One button turns your project photos into a handover dossier as a PDF. Which details your project needs exactly, you agree with your quality assurer (kwaliteitsborger).

With an export for your accountant: each sent invoice as a PDF and as an e-invoice (UBL), and per period one zip with all invoices, your checked receipts, a CSV and a JSON. You hand it to your accountant yourself; nothing ever goes to an accounting system on its own. The agent also does not place orders with the wholesaler by itself.

Your data stays yours and is kept in the EU: the app runs in Frankfurt. After you cancel you can still export it for thirty days. We keep conversations with the agent for twelve months and tax records for seven years. It is all set out in the privacy statement.
