Overview
The agent knows where your job stands
It reads the real status from your quotes, contracts, schedule and invoices, so nothing gets done twice.
At the top of every project sits the project journey: request, survey, quote, contract, scheduling, execution, handover, invoice, paid and review. The current step lights up. Ask “where are we with De Vries?” and you get the answer straight away.
Start a second quote on a project that already has one, and the agent first checks you really want that. After a quote it looks through your own earlier quotes: if you usually charged for sealing or skirting on similar work, it asks whether that applies here too. It never adds a line by itself and never changes an amount.
Control
You stay in control
Anything that touches money or a signature, the agent never sends by itself.
Ask “send the quote for Jansen” and it works out the amount, tells you what it comes to and puts a button on your screen. Only when you press that button does the quote go out. The same goes for an invoice and a contract. Paying and signing then happen on a real page your client opens, never in the chat.
Phone and laptop
The same agent on your phone and on your laptop
BorgAI runs in the browser, no installation needed. On site you talk to it on your phone, at the customer's you have them sign on your tablet, and at the office you finish up on your laptop. What you do in one place is already waiting in the other.

Frequently asked questions about the agent
What happens if the agent is not sure about something?
Then it does not save it but asks. It asks one thing at a time, and it never asks again for what is already in the app. So a tiler does not get a question about ceiling height.
How long can a recording last?
Up to three minutes, enough for a whole job with several rooms. The text appears in the input field, so you can check it before you send it.
Is the agent in every plan?
Yes. All tools and the agent are in every plan, the free trial account too. The plans differ in users, projects, agent turns and voice minutes per billing period.
Does the agent understand my trade language?
Yes. The task list knows synonyms for each task, such as painting a wall or sausen (plastering) a wall, and the agent looks through your own earlier quotes to see what you usually charge for similar work.
