How do you get paid faster after a job?
The invoice comes from your signed quote and work orders, and the customer pays the deposit via a link before you order materials.
An invoice you have to piece back together afterwards goes out late, and a job without a deposit is one you finance yourself. Both are solved with data that already exists: the signed quote and the work orders. Money and signatures always go through a link, never in the chat itself.

Where does my invoice come from?
From work that is already on record: a signed quote or work order becomes an invoice with a sequential number. There is an export for your accountant (CSV, zip, UBL), and every invoice you send can also be downloaded as an e-invoice (UBL).
