Start free. Only pay once you run more than five projects.
You can start for free. €39, €99 or €249 per month if you want to go further. No setup, prices exclude 21% VAT · VAT; with a Belgian VAT number it is reverse-charged and you declare the 21% yourself, and you can scale up or down every month.
Every plan has all 30 tools and the agent. You pay for users and for projects. What each tool does is on the services page.

- Your data stays yours: after you cancel you can still export it for thirty days, with no lock-in.

How a project counts
When does a project count?
At the first quote. Bringing in a request and surveying the job do not count, and neither does a second quote or a new version on the same project.
VAT on your own invoices to customers is handled separately by BorgAI: in the Netherlands the build year from the BAG automatically decides whether it is 9% or 21%, and in Flanders you choose 6% per line for the renovation of a home older than ten years. See the regulations per country.

Frequently asked questions about pricing
What does BorgAI cost?
There is a free trial account, and above that Solo €39, Team €99 or Bedrijf €249 per month, with no setup. Every plan includes all tools. They differ in users and projects per month. An extra user costs €15 per month, an extra project €5. Every plan includes agent turns (Free 50, Solo 300 per user, Team 300 per user, Bedrijf 300 per user per month) and voice minutes (Free 15, Solo 120, Team 300, Bedrijf 600 per month). Once they run out, you buy €10 of credit: 250 turns or 600 voice minutes, and it does not expire. All prices exclude VAT.
Am I tied to a contract or a minimum term?
No. You cancel monthly, with no minimum term, and the free trial account never rolls over into a paid plan by itself.
How do I pay for a plan?
When you sign up, you pay the first month with a payment request via iDEAL or Bancontact. Free asks for no payment details.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can scale up or down monthly between Solo, Team and Bedrijf, and you can try first for free. There is no setup, so switching costs nothing extra. If you go over your projects in a month, you pay €5 per extra project. You are never blocked.
Can I try BorgAI for free?
Yes. The free trial account has all tools and the agent, for one user and five projects. A project only counts at the first quote; requests and surveys are free. It does not roll over into a paid plan automatically.
