How signing up works

1. Choose a plan. Every plan has every tool and the agent. They differ in users and projects per month. Free is a full trial account for one user and five projects.
2. Fill in your company and your account. Company name, your name, email address and a password. With Free you then only confirm your email address via a link; with a paid plan the payment is that step: the first month, straight online.
3. Set it up with the setup wizard. It walks you through your tasks, your prices and your branding, so your first quote and work order look like yours straight away. After that you work in the app, on your laptop or on your phone.

What you need

An email address you read every day, and the name your business is registered under. Your KVK number (Netherlands) or KBO number (Belgium) is optional, but saves typing: the company details then come from the link with the register. Free needs no payment details. The app itself runs in Dutch; the agent answers you in English.

Stopping or switching

Scale up or down monthly between Solo, Team and Bedrijf, and you can stop any month. There are no setup costs. A free account never rolls over into a paid plan by itself.
