BorgAI is live. This is the software for construction companies where you simply dictate your work orders, hours and extra work. Here is who it is for, what it can do and what it does, so you know whether it fits your business before you put time into it.

Who is BorgAI for?

For contractors, installers, painters and finishing trades with a crew of 1 to 12, in the Netherlands and Flanders. Companies where the owner is on site himself and does the admin on the side, usually in the evening at the kitchen table.

You don't have an office with a planner and an accountant keeping track of everything. You have a phone, a van and a pile of receipts on the dashboard. That is what BorgAI is built for: not for the admin department, but for the person who still has to write down in the evening what happened today.

Do you work in Flanders? Then it works exactly the same. The same app, in Dutch, with the VAT rules and building regulations of your side of the border. Prefer English? The app itself runs in Dutch; the agent answers you in English.

What can BorgAI do?

Everything between the request and the invoice, in one system:

• Work orders and extra work. Create a work order or extra work order, get it signed and attach it to the project, from your phone on site. Everything about work orders and hours.
• Hours and scheduling. Hours per project and per worker, the weekly schedule, and an export for your accountant.
• Quote to invoice. Survey the job, price the quote with your own rates, record the approval, get the invoice ready.
• Receipts. Take a photo or dictate it, and it lands on the right project.
• Project board. Every job on one board, from request to done, so you see at a glance what is being left behind.

What does BorgAI do differently from an ordinary package?

You simply type or say what happened. "Work order for Jansen, three hours, two men, sealant and tape." Done. The work order is in the project, the hours are with it, the client can sign.

That is the difference with most admin packages. There you look for the right screen, fill in six fields and click save. Here you say it to your phone, and the ChatAgent gets it ready. Anything that touches money or a signature comes with a confirm button: you check, you send. The agent prepares, you stay the boss.
