Insurance advisers
An AI employee for an insurance brokerage
An insurance brokerage has two streams that must not be left: claims, which have to be picked up within a day, and renewal dates, which cost money when they pass. An AI employee catches the claim with all the details you need, and reminds about the renewal in time. Advice on cover stays with the adviser.

A claim rarely arrives during office hours
A collision, a leak or a burglary happens on a Saturday evening, and the client rings then. What they need at that moment is not advice but the certainty that the claim is in and that someone will pick it up on Monday. An AI receptionist gives exactly that: it answers, asks until it has policy number, date, location and a short description, confirms the claim and queues it in your system. For the client the difference between voicemail and a conversation at that moment is large, and it costs you no weekend rota.
Renewal dates are money that leaks by itself
Every policy has a renewal date, and every missed date is a client silently renewing elsewhere or a cover adjusted too late. Tracking that is pure admin: the dates are fixed, the list is known, and the only reason it goes wrong is that nobody frees up time weekly. The Reminder agent does work that list, approaches the client well in time and queues a call for the cases that genuinely need discussing.
The record-keeping duty works in your favour
The Dutch regulator requires a record of what was discussed with a client and on what grounds advice was given. In practice that is often a small firm's weakest point: the conversation happened, the note never got written. With an AI employee it is the other way round: every conversation automatically produces a transcript and a summary attached to the client file. That turns the record-keeping duty from a burden into a by-product, provided you agree up front what is retained and for how long.

“Phone, website and WhatsApp in one”
The entire front of your business in one rental: the phone is answered 24/7, the chat on your website answers questions and on WhatsApp the same agent picks up the conversation. It knows your rates and service area, records every enquiry's name, number and question, books appointments straight into your calendar and transfers urgent calls immediately. Miss a call yourself and the caller gets a message within a minute.

Questions from this industry
May the agent say anything about cover?
About general product features, yes, as far as they are in the knowledge base. About the cover in one client's policy, no, and about whether a specific claim will be paid, certainly not. That is advice, it is regulated, and the adviser owns it. The agent takes the claim and makes sure you get it complete.
What if someone calls upset after a major loss?
Then transferring beats handling, and that is how we set it up. For situations you designate in advance, such as fire, a death or a collision with injuries, the agent keeps it short, confirms it has been passed on and transfers straight to whoever is on duty.
