AI marketing assistant: reviews, content and findability

Three lines plus a one-off project. The Review agent asks for a review after every job and replies to the ones that come in (€195 setup, €99/mo), the Social agent writes and schedules your posts for you to approve (€295 setup, €199/mo), and Marketing complete bundles both with weekly blog posts, a monthly profile check and reporting (€599/mo, no setup). The Findability optimisation (€395, one-off) sorts your site out first.

Who it's for

For businesses that know they should ask for reviews and post something, and never get around to it.

What it takes over

Marketing is the first thing to slip once you get busy. These modules do the groundwork: the review request, the post, the piece of copy. You approve, and only then does it go out.

Review agent

Asks for reviews and replies to them

After every job or appointment a review request goes out by itself, at the moment the customer is still happy, and every review that lands gets a reply within one working day that you approve up front. Reviews are the heaviest lever local findability has: AI answers mostly cite sources outside your own site, and this is one of them.

Social agent

Posts written and scheduled, you approve

Writes your posts for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram plus the posts on your Google Business Profile, with an image, and queues them in a schedule you approve in one screen. Whatever you reject or rewrite it learns from. Nothing goes out without you having seen it.

Marketing complete

Reviews, content and your profile kept current

Everything that feeds your online visibility month after month, in one subscription: the review agent and the social agent are included, plus a new blog post every week, a monthly check of your Google Business Profile and a refresh of existing pages, a quarterly check of your business details across the web, and a monthly report covering reach, visits and review requests. Builds on the findability optimisation.

What does this cost for you?

Every price is public, on one page. Tick what you need, from this group and every other, and the total follows along. Your selection is kept, even if you click away.

The result

  • Every happy customer gets a review request at the right moment
  • Reviews get a reply within one working day, including the less pleasant ones
  • Something new appears on your site and Google Business Profile every week

Asking for a review only works once the job is properly finished, and the AI back office assistant knows that first. Where the visitor lands afterwards is the website: without a site that is readable by Google and by AI, keeping things current buys you little.

Questions about AI marketing

Do you promise a higher position in Google?

No, and anyone who does is best not believed. What we can say: earning and answering reviews is the best-evidenced lever local findability has, and AI answers mostly cite sources outside your own site. That is why the review agent comes first. We do not sell posting frequency or schema markup as an AI lever: controlled research found no effect there.

Does the AI just post in my name on social media?

Only if you switch that on. By default the social agent writes the posts and queues them in a schedule you approve in one screen, item by item. Whatever you rewrite or reject it takes on board. Only once you have approved everything for months does publishing automatically become a sensible conversation, and even then it stays your call.

What's the difference between the optimisation and Marketing complete?

One-off versus ongoing. The Findability optimisation is a €395 project that sets your site up: keyword structure, copy an answer engine can quote, structured data and your Google Business Profile. After that it is done. Marketing complete (€599 per month) keeps it current: reviews, posts, a weekly blog post, a monthly check and a report. You can do the first without the second, but not the other way round: maintaining something that was never set up properly is mopping.

What happens with a bad review?

It comes to you first. The agent drafts a reply that stays calm and moves the conversation off the public board, but at one, two or three stars nothing goes out before you have seen it. Hiding or filtering reviews is something we don't do: it breaches Google's terms and visitors spot it immediately.
