What does BorgAI do for your construction company?

BorgAI takes over your construction admin while you simply type or talk. You say what happened, it turns that into work orders and hours, puts them on the right project and keeps your board up to date. No hunting for a form, no filling in columns, no evening lost to looking things up.

Your projects are on one board with six columns, in the order a job really runs for you: Request (Aanvraag), Quote (Offerte), Approved (Akkoord), In progress (In uitvoering), Handed over (Opgeleverd), Done (Afgerond). One look and you know where everything stands, and what is being left behind.

And you don't have to learn how to operate it. "Move Jansen to in progress (in uitvoering)" is enough. That is the difference with most packages: there you look for the screen, here you just say it. The app itself runs in Dutch; the agent answers you in English.

How do you make a quote without typing everything again?

Making a quote starts with your prices, not with a blank page. You choose your trade and immediately get a task list with guide prices and standard times: 146 tasks and 88 materials from ten trades. You set them to your rates, and after that you price a job in seconds.

Those guide prices aren't plucked out of thin air. We checked them against what is paid in the market, and where we found no reliable figure, there isn't one. Better a price you fill in yourself than a number that looks good and is wrong.

An important detail that saves you money: material you work into the job is included in the price, material you supply goes on the quote as a separate line. Fitting a washbasin for €185 with a €185 washbasin thrown in isn't revenue, it is two hours of work for nothing.

Does BorgAI also work on your phone, on site?

Yes. BorgAI is one app that you use in the browser on your phone and laptop, with no installation. On both you talk to the same agent. What you dictate on the road lands on the right project straight away, so you have nothing left to retype at home in the evening.

Dictation happens in the app itself. You say what happened and the text appears in the input field, so you can still read it back before you send it. A recording can last up to three minutes, enough for a whole job with several rooms.

How that runs on site, from work order to the moment you hand over the keys, you can read under execution and handover. If you prefer to work behind your screen, you miss nothing: the app does exactly the same on your laptop.

Does BorgAI also handle payments and signatures?

Yes, but never in the chat. BorgAI gets a payment link or a contract ready for you, and paying and signing then happen on a real page that your client opens themselves. That way your client knows exactly what they are signing, and you have a document you can show afterwards.

You get a work order signed by your client the same way, through a link. The contract with signature and the payment link are, like all other tools, in every plan.

You will need that signed document later. The Dutch tax authority wants you to keep your records for seven years (Belastingdienst, in Dutch), and in some cases ten. A work order that sits with the project you find again in a few seconds five years from now. A receipt from the dashboard tray of the van you won't find by then.
