Frequently asked questions

Is this calculation realistic?

The calculation is deliberately conservative: it uses 46 working weeks and leaves out side effects such as fewer errors, faster response times and higher customer satisfaction. Actual returns therefore often exceed what the calculator shows.

What does implementation cost, then?

That depends on the number of processes and systems. A first automation typically starts at a few thousand euros. The proposal puts investment and savings side by side, so you see the payback period in black and white before you decide.

What percentage of my work can genuinely be automated?

For administrative and repetitive work, 40 to 60 percent is a realistic starting point; with lots of standard work it can exceed 70 percent. A short process analysis determines the real percentage for your situation.
