What's the difference with the chatbot on my website?
No difference in knowledge, only in form. On your website we build the agent ourselves, so there it can open the calendar, show the price calculator and take photos. WhatsApp doesn't allow that kind of screen inside the conversation: there the same agent answers from the same knowledge base in text and sends you on with a link to the pricing page or the booking screen.
