AI business automation means taking over recurring work where a person repeats the same steps every time: chasing quotes, booking receipts, confirming appointments, asking for reviews. Not one big system, but separate flows that each finish one task end to end and connect to the software you already use. ## Why separate flows and not one system The classic automation project starts with an inventory of everything, ends after nine months, and delivers a system nobody fully uses.
